Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. invites a proactive Quantity Surveyor (Tender & Contracts) to join our Singapore team. Based at Ubi, you will review tender documents, prepare take-offs, estimates, BOQs, and ensure timely tender submissions.

You will lead cost control, value engineering, supplier and subcontractor negotiations, and handle variations, progress claims, and final accounts while coordinating with clients and the internal execution team under the Contract Manager.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of practical experience in tendering, estimation, or quantity surveying in construction or civil engineering.
• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Good knowledge of tendering, costing, contract administration, construction methods, materials, and market pricing; ability to read technical drawings and specs.
• Strong leadership, clear communication, and problem-solving skills to manage project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, BOQ, and tender documents within deadlines.
• Review project costs, recommend value engineering solutions, and prepare tender pricing and budgets.
• Source, compare, and negotiate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintain an updated vendor database.
• Assess project risks and opportunities during the tender stage.
• Handle variation orders (VO), progress claims, and final accounts when required.
• Serve as the main contact for clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Follow up with existing clients on new projects and business opportunities.
• Support the smooth handover of awarded projects to the internal execution team and work with relevant stakeholders.
• Report to the Contract Manager and assist with cost reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + VB + Medical Benefits
