Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Bukit Batok is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage quotations, cost estimates, and commercial proposals for geotechnical projects.

You will review tender documents, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and support contract negotiations to ensure accurate costing and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or related field.
• Strong knowledge of local construction practices and commercial processes.
• Geotechnical background is advantageous.
• Training will be provided for candidates without relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and other information before submissions.
• Compile and organise supporting documents for tender submissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors for costing and information.
• Follow up on submitted quotations, tenders, and proposals with clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in contract discussions and negotiations, including pricing and terms.
• Review contract terms and ensure commercial conditions are documented.
• Prepare and submit progress claims and invoices based on completed works.
• Follow up on progress claims and payment status with clients.
• Support project teams on commercial and contractual aspects.

• Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
• Working Location: Bukit Batok
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and commercial proposals based on project requirements.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and other relevant information before preparing submissions.
• Compile and organise supporting documents required for tender and proposal submissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and other parties to obtain the necessary costing and supporting information.
• Follow up on submitted quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals with clients and relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in contract discussions and negotiations, including pricing, commercial terms, and project requirements.
• Review contract terms and ensure agreed commercial conditions are properly documented.
• Prepare and submit progress claims based on completed works and project milestones.
• Prepare tax invoices and supporting documents for billing purposes.
• Follow up on progress claims, invoices, and payment status with clients.
• Work closely with project and management teams to support the commercial and contractual aspects of ongoing projects.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline
• Good knowledge of local construction practices and commercial processes.
• Candidates with background in geotechnical are advantageous
