Job summary

ANRADUS Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Tuas. The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a basic salary up to $4,500 SGD plus variable bonus, and a 5-day workweek (Mon-Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm).

You will prepare cost estimates, review drawings, perform quantity take-offs, manage progress claims, and support procurement. Experience in structural steel or related construction is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Experience in structural steel or construction is advantageous.
• Familiar with contracts, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and progress claims.
• Proficient in Excel, Office, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Carry out quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
• Prepare and assess quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare progress claims, payment responses, and final accounts.
• Manage variation orders, contract administration, and project cost control.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on contractual and commercial matters.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flow.
• Maintain accurate project documents and commercial records.
• Support the procurement of materials and subcontractors when required.
• Perform other quantity surveying and commercial duties assigned by management.

• Able to read and understand engineering and construction drawings.
