Job summary

ENGIE Services Singapore is seeking a senior project coordinator to plan, coordinate and implement FM projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and safety standards.

You will manage quotations, pricing, contracts and vendors, act as main liaison between internal teams, clients and contractors, and contribute to cost efficiency through rigorous supplier reviews.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in FM, SCM, Engineering or QS.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for a senior role.
• Initiative and drive with sharp analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Good safety mindset and WSH behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement project work in a timely manner while ensuring compliance to all authority and client's requirement.
• Obtain quotations and price quotations with contracts and vendors.
• Conduct pricing and costing analyses, contract and vendor management to improve cost efficiency.
• Selection, measuring and reviewing performance of vendors.
• Assist in contract negotiation, manage the supplier database.
• Serve as main point of contact between internal team, client and contractors.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned.
