Job summary

CGW CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable professional to support contract and planning teams on sub-contract projects in Singapore. You will handle progress claims, quotations, VO submissions, and monitor project progress while measuring variations and finalizing accounts.

The role requires a degree or diploma in related fields, strong negotiation, and proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Degree/Diploma in Projects & Facilities Management or Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support the Contracts Director/Contracts Manager and Planning & Engineering managers during the sub-contract project.

REQUIREMENTS/ COMPETENCIES

Degree/Diploma in Projects & Facilities Management or Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.

Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently and good mentor to the QS team. Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Well-versed in both public and private Conditions of Contract used in Singapore

Strong negotiation, interpersonal skills and a team player Attention to detail and methodical approach to work

Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD and the ability to learn new specialist software
