Job summary

JEB ASIA PTE LTD is seeking a capable procurement and cost-control professional to prepare competitive quotations and cost analyses for tenders. You will coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, monitor delivery schedules, and maintain project cost data throughout the contract period.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure while ensuring on-time shipments and accurate documentation for final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide competitive quotation with profit sheet.
• Prepare quotations, including analysis for costing of tender.
• Prepare purchase orders for materials and parts and monitor delivery schedule for on-time shipments.
• Plan and provide preliminary work schedule as required.
• Sourcing and organizing quotations from related sub-trades.
• Check off quantity for tender and ongoing projects.
• Handle progress claims submissions and WIP monitoring.
• Handle payment requests from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Sourcing/enquiring, compile quotation and cost analysis.
• Prepare specs and bills of quantities.
• Maintain contract documents and manage changes with variation orders.
• Reconcile final cost with contractors and prepare the Statement of Final Accounts.
• Any other duties assigned by Management.

• Handles work-in-progress monitoring and progress cliams submissions
• Handle payment request received from subcontractors and suppliers
• Sourcing/enquiring, compile quotation and prepare cost analysis
• Preparation of specifications and bills of quantities
• Maintain proper and complete set of contract documents
• Manage project changes with documentation and issue Variation orders accordingly throughout the contract period
• Reconcile and advise the project final cost with contractors and prepare the Statement of Final Accounts
• Any other duties assigned by Management
