Job summary

DJ Engineering & Construction PTE. LTD. seeks a capable Quantity Surveyor to oversee tender document administration, take-off quantities, subcontractor and supplier sourcing, and bid preparation.

Responsibilities include cost estimation, budgeting, cashflow generation, and project claims, with emphasis on strict budget adherence and financial analysis across multiple tenders and projects. The candidate should read drawings, negotiate prices, and work independently in a fast-paced Singapore

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis skills
• Strong aptitude for numbers and spreadsheets.
• In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry
• Able to work on multiple tenders and projects, within a simultaneous timeline
• Comprehend engineering drawings and specifications.
• Work independently under minimal supervision, highly self-motivated, and a good team player
