Job summary

SUNDART ENGINEERING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support cost analysis, tendering, and contract administration on projects. You will monitor budgets and assist with pricing, variations, and cost control.

The role requires Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields, with no prior experience required. You will collaborate with project managers and subcontractors, ensuring timely tender submissions and accurate costing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• No working experience required.
• Proactive, well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Work independently and be a good team player.
• Exposure to sub-contractors and commercial contracts administration, cost budgeting, claims handling, tender submission, materials pricing and cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Involved in cost analysis and contracts administration services.
• Prepare tender documents, tender evaluation reports, variation agreements.
• Monitor budget and keep track of project expenditures.
• Involve in all quantity surveying and contract administration activities for the project.
• Prepare and submit tenders including quantity taking off and pricing.
• Prepare letter of award to subcontractors and verify claims and cost control.
• Identify and prepare variations orders for the projects.
• Obtain subcontractors and suppliers quotations for costing.
• Perform cost comparison.
• Close liaison among project managers, designers and vendors.
• Ad-Hoc duties as assigned.
