Job summary

RICHPOOL BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 3–5 years of civil/structural project experience.

The role involves tender preparation, cost planning, contract term reviews, and cost analysis for tenders and contracts. You will prepare progress and variation claims and collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to manage budgets and final accounts. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction Quantity Surveyor experience for civil/structural projects.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, cost planning control and budget estimation.
• Prepare, review and revise contract terms and conditions.
• Prepare, negotiate and analyse costs for tenders and contracts.
• Prepare progress claims, variation claims and final accounts.
• LIAISE with sub-contractors, suppliers and other parties involved in the project.
• Prepare awards of contracts, bills of quantities and other contract related documents.
• Take-off quantities and project cost estimation.
• Update the monthly cost along with the project team.
• All other related QS job.
