Job summary

Glazier Glass Specialist in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented procurement professional to manage sourcing, quotation negotiation, quantity take-off, and cost estimation for quotations and tenders. You will prepare and submit progress claims, evaluate sub-contractor claims, measure on-site work if needed, and assist in finalizing project accounts while coordinating with main contractors and suppliers.

You will also prepare LOAs to sub-contractors, submit safety documentation, and help close

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and negotiating quotations of materials.
• Quantity taking off and cost estimation for quotation and/or tender.
• Preparing and submission of progress claims and variation orders.
• Evaluate and certifying of sub-contractor's claims.
• Measure work done on site (if necessary).
• Finalization and closing out of project accounts.
• Follow up quotation with Main Contractor and/or Suppliers.
• Prepare LOA to sub-contractor.
• Preparing safety documentation for submission.
• Summarizing project defects to site supervisor.
• Follow up and comparing monthly payment response.
