You will prepare work orders and variation orders, plus progressive reports and final accounts with clients. You will attend site meetings and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely payments, variations and monthly progress claims to clients and subcontractors, culminating in settlement of final

Responsibilities

• Taking off quantity, timely preparation & submission of Bill of Quantities/ Quotations
• Source for suppliers and subcontractors for quotations for tendering
• Work order preparation and variation orders
• Preparation of progressive reports and claim bills; preparation of final accounts with clients
• Attend site meetings with clients
• Prepare variation orders, monthly progress claims to clients and payments for subcontractors/suppliers; settlement of final accounts with clients and subcontractors/suppliers
