Job summary

AALLIANZ PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional to perform quantity measurements and take-offs within project timelines, source suppliers and sub-contractors, and prepare REQs based on tender documents.

You will negotiate quotations, evaluate offers, support tender submissions, and handle post-tender clarifications, variation orders, claims, final accounts, and subcontractor payments.

Responsibilities

• Produce quantity measurements within the targeted timeline.
• Sourcing for supplier and sub-contractors, preparing REQ based on tender documents and collating quotations.
• Negotiation and evaluation of quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers through preparation of price comparison and analysis.
• Provide support to ensure completeness and timely submission of the tender bid.
• Follow up with post tender clarification and questionnaires when required.
• Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.
• Prepare variation orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments.
