Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in tender submissions.
• Analyse and evaluate received quotations.

• Assist with Variation Orders and Extension of Time assessments.
• Collaborate with the project team to meet project requirements.

Join Our Team – Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in the construction industry. If you have experience in tendering, contract administration, and cost management, and enjoy working in a fast-paced project environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in tender submission, including taking off, calling for quotations and preparation of tender documents for the submission of tender.
• Analyse and evaluate the received quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure optimal terms
• Assess Subcontractor’s Progress Claims and prepare Payment response within stipulated timeline
• Assist the Contract Managers for assessment of Variation Orders and Extension of Time by Subcontractor and Suppliers including finalization of accounts.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all project requirements are met
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Efficient, good analytical skills and able to work independently.
• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
• Possess 2-3 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCad.
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Alternate Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Free transportation provided from Tanah Merah MRT
