Lum Chang Builders Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Quantity Surveyor to assist the Manager, Quantity Surveying across pre-contract and post-contract procurement administration. You will contribute to budgeting, cash flow and cost control, and handle claims, contract payments, and final settlements.

You will also manage variation orders and settlement of final accounts, working under pressure to meet tight deadlines while keeping abreast of market trends and cost updates.

Competenze

• Degree in Quantity Surveying is required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Good knowledge of market updates and construction cost trends.

Your Role
