KIM SOON HUAT CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Singapore to manage cost estimation, tender submissions, contract administration, and project claims.

The role involves liaising with consultants, architects, developers, and main and sub-contractors to certify payments and control costs throughout the project lifecycle. • Ability to prepare tender submissions and related documentation.

• Reporting to Contracts Manager.
• Prepare tender submissions and liaise with consultants and subcontractors on certifications of payments.
• Contribute to pre- and post-contract administration and cost planning.
• Prepare cost plans, budgets, and take-offs; compile progress claims.

Job Summary:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for cost estimation, tender submissions, contract administration, and managing project claims.

Principal Duties / Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Contracts Manager
• Prepare tender submission
• Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers, and main & sub contractors on certification of claims for payments
• Pre & Post contracts administration and control
• Preparation of cost planning, budget estimates, taking off and progress claims
• Preparing quotations for various technical works, material, manpower, etc
• Perform other duties as assigned
