KIM SOON HUAT CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to handle cost estimation, tender submissions, and contract administration for our projects.

You will liaise with consultants, architects, developers, and subcontractors to certify payments, prepare cost plans, budgets, and progress claims, and manage project claims throughout pre- and post-contract stages.

• Experience in cost estimation and tender submissions.
• Ability to manage contract administration and project claims.
• Experience liaising with consultants and main/sub contractors.
• Proficient in cost planning and budget estimation.

Job Summary:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for cost estimation, tender submissions, contract administration, and managing project claims.

Principal Duties / Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Contracts Manager
• Prepare tender submission
• Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers, and main & sub contractors on certification of claims for payments
• Pre & Post contracts administration and control
• Preparation of cost planning, budget estimates, taking off and progress claims
• Preparing quotations for various technical works, material, manpower, etc
• Perform other duties as assigned
