CHUNG SHING ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimates, tender documents, and cost control for building projects. You will read drawings, perform take-offs, prepare quotations and monitor subcontractor payments.

You will liaise with clients and consultants, prepare final accounts and variations, attend site meetings, and coordinate with the project team to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and strong negotiation skills.

Formación

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Knowledge of quantity take-off, cost control, progress claims and variation works.
• Able to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant QS software.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or related discipline
• Relevant experience in building/construction projects preferred
• Knowledge of quantity take-off, cost control, progress claims and variation works
• Able to read construction drawings and specifications
• Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant QS software
• Able to work independently and coordinate with the project team
• Knowledge of building condition of contract
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
