Job summary

ALFA TECH VESTASIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to prepare accurate estimates, cost plans, and budgets for architecture or M&E projects.

You will manage the full QS cycle from tendering to final account, review subcontractor quotations, and provide timely cost advice to project teams. The role requires at least five years of QS experience in Singapore and strong knowledge of tendering, contract administration, and cost reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of QS experience in Singapore, preferably in Architecture or M&E projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction costs, tendering processes, and contract administration.
• Experience in full-cycle QS work: estimation, measurement, valuation, and reporting.
