Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the full QS cycle for projects, including cost control, BOQ preparation, tender submissions, and contract administration.

• Prepare cost estimates and tender submissions, and manage subcontractor agreements and contractual matters.
• Evaluate subcontractor progress claims and process monthly payments while maintaining cash flow control.
• Assess and negotiate Variation Orders to achieve cost savings and prevent budget overruns.
• Prepare project cost reports and cash flow forecasts for management review.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, and Suppliers to monitor costs and budgets.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the full QS cycle for projects, including cost control, BOQ preparation, tender submissions, and contract administration.
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost analysis to support accurate project budgeting and financial control.
• Prepare cost estimates and tender submissions, as well as manage subcontractor agreements and contractual matters.
• Evaluate subcontractor progress claims and process monthly payments efficiently while maintaining proper cash flow control.
• Assess and negotiate Variation Orders (VOs) to achieve cost savings and prevent project budget overruns.
• Prepare project cost reports and cash flow forecasts for management review and decision-making.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Consultants, and Suppliers to monitor project costs, control budgets, and ensure project objectives are achieved.
