Job summary

Cachet Design PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with at least 2 years' experience to manage quantities, materials, and cost controls for projects.

You will prepare contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities, coordinate with suppliers, attend meetings, and ensure timely final accounts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Take off quantities for projects.
• Source materials and suppliers.
• Attend meetings with stakeholders.
• Prepare quotations for projects.
• Prepare plans, contracts, budgets, BOQs and related documents.
• Cost control and evaluations.
• Prepare and submit final accounts.
