Job summary

UNITYCRAFT CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor in Singapore to perform precise quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings, and to prepare and update BOQs based on latest revisions.

You will prepare cost estimates and budgets for tender and ongoing projects, evaluate subcontractor claims, monitor costs, and submit progress claims to clients. Your role includes assessing Variation Orders, procuring materials, coordinating with site teams and
