Job summary

The Vision Project Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced site professional to prepare cost estimates, take-offs, bills of quantities, and tender documents. You will review drawings, quotations, and project requirements to identify costs and assist in tender submissions.

You’ll liaise with site teams, plan progress, supervise subcontractors, and attend client meetings to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction on assigned projects.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a related field.
• Understanding of architectural trades.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure, with short deadlines and extra hours if needed.
• Good personality with integrity and strong sense of responsibilities.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of site workers to ensure full customer satisfaction with site activities.
• Ensure timely delivery and track incoming materials for assigned projects.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties.

• - Liaise with project site teams and ensure timely completion of activities
• - Responsible for planning and supervising the site progress and coordination with sub-contractors/consultants
• - Attend site meeting & liaise with clients on all project issues
• - Oversee and manage a team of site workers to ensure full customer satisfaction with the site activities being carried out
• - Ensure timely delivery & keep track of all incoming materials for assigned projects
• - Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:
