Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare quotations, cost estimates, and tender submissions. You will carry out quantity take-offs, review drawings, and source supplier quotations to ensure accurate cost control on renovation and fit-out projects.

The role requires 1+ year of relevant experience, ability to read carpentry drawings, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Work is on-site with diverse stakeholders across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in carpentry, joinery, interior fit-out, or renovation projects.
• Experience in quantity take-off, costing, tendering, VO, progress claims, and final accounts.
• Able to read and understand construction / carpentry drawings.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
