Job summary

Dynamic World Contracting Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to handle cost estimation, tender submissions, and cost-control across carpentry and interior fit-out projects in Singapore.

You will read drawings, prepare BOQ reviews, and support project budgeting. The role requires 1+ years experience, Diploma/Degree in quantity surveying or related field, and strong communication to liaise with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in quantity surveying, construction, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in carpentry, joinery, interior fit-out or renovation projects.
• Experience in quantity take-off, costing, tendering, variation orders, progress claims and final accounts.
• Able to read and understand construction/carpentry drawings.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
