Job summary

Hwa Seng Builder Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a competent Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. You will handle tender take-offs, cost estimation, and monthly progress claims, ensuring accurate project accounting from bid to final account.

Responsibilities include preparing tender submissions, sourcing and negotiating with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors, and finalizing project accounts with clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree holder in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in the Construction sector
• Candidates with substantial years of experience will be considered for Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Good knowledge of construction sequences and material trends
• Independent with excellent problem solving skills, detailed and a good team player
