Job summary

VICO CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable professional to support costing, procurement, and contract administration for multiple projects. The role involves obtaining quotations, evaluating tenders, and preparing cost analyses to ensure budgets are met.

The candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in Building/Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying and relevant construction experience, with strong planning and teamwork to work independently or in teams under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Building/Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying.
• Relevant construction experience is an advantage.
• Experience in project management or coordination with a1 contractor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain sub-contractors and suppliers' quotation for costing.
• Source for new vendors and perform cost comparisons.
• Evaluate and certify contracts.
• Prepare monthly progress claim and necessary cost analysis report.
• Monitor budget and keep track of projects expenditures.
• Prepare letter of award to sub-contractors.
• Identify and prepare variations and valuation for projects.
• Finalize project accounts with clients and vendors.
• Update and file material quantity and prices list for each project.
• Participate in tendering quantity taking off.
• Perform other adhoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• At least Diploma / Degree, preferably in Building / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying.

• Able to work independently and in teams with minimum supervision.
