Job summary

STL Development PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor to manage contract and QS procedures, procurement, budgeting and estimation.

The role includes measuring quantities, handling variation orders, and preparing tender documents and BOQs. You will compile documentation and support project reporting. The ideal candidate holds a civil engineering or quantity surveying degree with at least five years of relevant experience and can work independently on project QS functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional equivalent in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant QS experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on project QS functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract and QS procedures, including pricing and variations.
• Handle procurement, budgeting, estimation and contract administration.
• Measure quantities and manage variation orders.
• Compile photos, inspection forms and attachments for VOs.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, BOQs and related documentation.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of contract and QS procedures and pricing.
• Experienced in procurement, budgeting, estimation, contract administration, measurement of quantities & variation orders
• Compile photos, inspection forms and all relevant documents required for VOs attachment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree inEngineering (Civil), Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• 05 years of relevant working experience (QS)
• Demonstrate proficiency and competency in a project QS function and can work independently.
