Job summary

MECAINE CORPORATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified QS to manage quantities and tender activities, review tender prices and procedures, and coordinate quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors with management.

The role involves site meetings with clients and consultants to align on project requirements. You will prepare and verify monthly progress payments, assist with final accounts, support collections of progress claims, and monitor schedules and work programmes to ensure timely project

Responsibilities

• Taking up Quantities & Tender Exercise
• Review past tender price & new tender procedure
• Calling for quotation to recommend suppliers/sub-contractors by management
• Visiting/Meeting at site time to time with Client, Consultant, Sub-con & others relevant parties
• Working out quantities for Variations & Progress Payments for client
• Preparing & verify monthly Progress Payment for sub-contractors & suppliers
• Preparing Final Accounts for project including VO & EOT
• Assisting & following up on Collection (client's progress claim)
• Preparing budget for site management & others QS duties
• Monitoring work schedule & detailed work programmes according to the plan
• Maintaining the CONFIDENTIALLY of your works, acts such as disclosing tender price/quotation before open tender shall liale you to be expel from company
