Job summary

GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an Associate, Merchant Enablement to improve merchants' post-onboarded experience, focusing on early-life and ongoing lifecycle journeys.

You will diagnose recurring pain points, design scalable solutions, and develop incubation, training, and self-service resources to help merchants become confident and self-sufficient on the Grab platform. Collaborating with GrabSupport, Product, and Operations, you will drive adoption of tools and programmes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or program management.
• Ability to diagnose ambiguous problems and develop practical solutions.
• End-to-end project management and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps in the post-onboarding and early merchant journey.
• Design incubation, training, education, and enablement programmes.
• Develop scalable resources to help merchants understand and effectively use Grab's platform.
• Analyse merchant feedback, support trends, and operational data to identify recurring pain points.
• Improve how merchants access support and self-service solutions in partnership with GrabSupport, Product, and Operations teams.
• Translate recurring merchant issues into product, process, content, or programme improvements.
• Support merchant-facing product launches and business initiatives, ensuring merchant readiness and effective adoption.
• Define and track merchant experience, adoption, and operational metrics.
