Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific is seeking a Lead Quality Engineer to champion quality as a core engineering discipline. You will drive automation, AI-powered testing, and testing practices across the software lifecycle, partnering with product, design, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performance solutions for citizens and government clients.

You will mentor engineers, shape testing strategies, and build scalable automation frameworks that accelerate delivery while maintaining quality

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or Software Engineering.
• Proven ability to design automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with AI-assisted testing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall quality engineering strategy.
• Embed testing early in the development lifecycle (shift-left).
• Design, develop and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
• Lead AI-powered quality initiatives and mentor engineers.
