Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific in Singapore is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to support software testing and quality assurance across multiple modernization workstreams. The role involves preparing test documentation, conducting SIT, supporting UAT with business stakeholders, managing defects, and ensuring system readiness for deployment and cutover.

Collaborative, hands-on testing across teams is essential. You will contribute to testing planning, execute test cases, and help improve testing processes

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Experience preparing test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
• Hands-on experience conducting SIT and supporting UAT.
• Knowledge of functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Experience using test management and defect tracking tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience testing enterprise or government applications is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans, test specifications, and test cases.
• Plan and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) across multiple application workstreams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Identify, document, track, and manage software defects.
• Collaborate with developers to investigate and resolve testing issues.
• Maintain test execution records and prepare testing reports.
• Validate system functionality and integration readiness before deployment.
• Support production cutover validation and post-go-live stabilisation.
