KINGMAO INTERNATIONAL (S) PTE LTD is seeking a Quality Assurance Executive for a 3-month contract on the night shift in Singapore. You will conduct food quality tests, inspect materials, and support QA/QC processes to ensure compliance with safety standards.

The role requires a diploma in related field and 1–2 years of QA/QC experience in food or pharma, with familiarity of GMP/GHP/HACCP and traceability procedures. Strong communication with production teams is essential.

Qualificações

• Food Safety Level 1–4 certified.
• Familiar with GMP, GHP, HACCP, and product recall procedures.
• Able to communicate effectively with Production Operators and Supervisors.

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Executive for a 3-month contract to join our team on the night shift.

• Contract Duration: 3 months

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Working Hours: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (no break)
  

Job Description

1. Conduct Food Quality Tests

a. Prepare samples, standards, and solutions.

b. Perform tests on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products to ensure compliance with food safety and other requirements.

c. Document and report sampling conditions, testing activities, and results.

2. Maintain Standards and Quality Processes in Food Manufacturing Operations

a. Inspect incoming and outgoing products according to receiving and shipping policies.

b. Review and validate suppliers' raw material records and results.

c. Conduct daily in-process quality control (QC) inspections on production lines.

d. Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of QC data and records.

3. Manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control Framework

a. Assist with monitoring manufacturing processes according to validation plans and schedules.

b. Assist in identifying out-of-specification (OOS) results, deviations, and quality problems in products, materials, packaging, and utilities.

c. Collect information and data required for validation activities in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

d. Record the results of internal and external audits and organize information for product and process quality metric management reports.

4. Rectify Non-Compliance Issues

a. Support traceability investigations into lapses in quality and hygiene standards and non-compliance with quality standards.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical or a a related field of study.

• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in QA/QC related field in Food Industry, preferably from Food Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical industry

• Food Safety Level 1, 2, 3 and/or 4 certified.

• Familiar with GMP, GHP, HACCP, Food Hygiene, Sanitation, Traceability and Product Recall Procedures.

• Able to communicate effectively with Production Operators and Supervisors.
