Job summary

KINGMAO INTERNATIONAL (S) PTE LTD is seeking a Quality Assurance Executive for a 3-month contract on the night shift in Singapore. You will conduct food quality tests, inspect materials, and support QA/QC processes to ensure compliance with safety standards.

The role requires a diploma in related field and 1–2 years of QA/QC experience in food or pharma, with familiarity of GMP/GHP/HACCP and traceability procedures. Strong communication with production teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical or related field.
• 1–2 years QA/QC experience in food or pharma industry.
• Food Safety Level 1–4 certified.
• Familiar with GMP, GHP, HACCP, and product recall procedures.
• Able to communicate effectively with Production Operators and Supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct food quality tests on samples and report results.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing products per policies and verify records.
• Assist in monitoring processes per validation plans and SOPs.
• Investigate non-conformities and support traceability investigations.
