Job summary

KINGMAO INTERNATIONAL (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quality Assurance Executive for a 3-month contract on the night shift in Singapore. The role covers testing, inspection, and sustaining QA/QC processes to ensure product quality and compliance.

Requirements include a minimum diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field, 1–2 years’ QA/QC experience in food or pharma, and certifications in Food Safety (Level 1–4). Strong communication with production teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical or related field of study.
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in QA/QC in Food Industry, preferably from Food Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Food Safety Level 1, 2, 3 and/or 4 certified.
• Familiar with GMP, GHP, HACCP, Food Hygiene, Sanitation, Traceability and Product Recall Procedures.
• Able to communicate effectively with Production Operators and Supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Food Quality Tests on samples, standards, and solutions and report results.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing products and review supplier records; perform daily in-process QC inspections.
• Assist in monitoring manufacturing processes per validation plans and identify deviations.
• Support traceability investigations and collect data for validation activities per SOPs.
