Job summary

Bestway Cleaning Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a diligent Quality Assurance Auditor to ensure cleaning operations follow SOPs and industry standards. You will conduct routine and random site inspections, maintain records, and report gaps to the Resident Manager.

You will collaborate with the Operations Team on CAPA actions, identify recurring issues, assist in updating SOPs, and provide on-ground support during audits and client visits while coordinating retraining to uphold high

• Minimum Diploma holder; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong observational, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Bilingual preferred (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with diverse teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SOPs and industry standards are strictly followed.
• Conduct routine and random site inspections for cleanliness and staff performance.
• Maintain comprehensive records of inspection results, issues identified, and actions taken.
• Report service gaps and operational issues promptly to the Resident Manager and Operations Team.
• Collaborate with the Operations Team to implement CAPA actions.
• Identify recurring issues and support continuous process improvements to enhance cleaning quality.
• Assist in reviewing and updating SOPs as needed.
• Provide on-the-ground support during audits or client site visits.
• Coordinate retraining sessions for cleaning staff when quality standards are not met.
• Participate in onboarding and training sessions for new cleaning personnel focusing on quality standards.
• Investigate and document customer complaints, determine root causes, and recommend resolutions.
• Track and analyze trends in inspection data to propose improvements and reduce non-conformance rates.
• Ensure availability and proper use of cleaning materials and equipment as per standards.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of new cleaning tools, products, or technologies.
• Foster a culture of accountability and excellence in cleaning performance across all teams.
