Job summary

em services pte ltd is seeking an experienced Lead Quantity Surveyor to drive the QS team across multiple projects. You will oversee all QS processes, manage budgets and cost estimates, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, brings 5–8 years of relevant experience, and can work independently while coordinating with public sector or town council projects. Membership with SISV is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant QS experience in construction, maintenance, A&A, or estate upgrading projects.
• Experience in public sector or town council projects will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Membership with SISV or other relevant professional bodies will be an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of contract administration and construction cost management
• Familiarity with standard forms of contracts, valuation of variations, and handling contractual disputes
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently
