Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks an experienced QHSE professional to support the implementation and continuous improvement of its QHSE Management Systems across a multi-site operational environment.

You will execute and maintain ISO-aligned systems, provide guidance to management and operations, conduct audits and risk assessments, investigate incidents, and drive ongoing QHSE process improvements and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in QHSE and management systems within an operational environment.
• Good knowledge of ISO management systems and workplace safety/environmental requirements.
• Experience in audits, incident investigation, risk assessment and corrective action management.
• Strong coordination, communication and analytical skills.
• Hands-on and execution-focused, with ability to work across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory compliance, client requirements and certification activities.
• Drive QHSE process improvements, standardisation and efficiency initiatives.
• Deliver QHSE training and awareness programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain QHSE Management Systems in line with relevant ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

• Provide practical QHSE, safety, quality and environmental guidance to management and operational teams.

• Coordinate and conduct audits, inspections, assessments and follow-up actions across multiple sites.

• Investigate incidents, identify root causes and track corrective and preventive actions to closure.

• Monitor QHSE performance data, identify trends and gaps, and implement improvement initiatives.

• Review and update risk assessments, Safe Work Procedures and operational controls.

• Conduct safety assessments for higher-risk activities and ensure appropriate controls are implemented before work commences.

• Support regulatory compliance, client requirements and relevant certification activities.

• Drive QHSE process improvement, standardisation and operational efficiency initiatives.

• Deliver QHSE training and awareness programmes.

• Undertake other related QHSE duties and improvement projects as required.

Requirements
