Job summary

TOLL LOGISTICS (ASIA) LIMITED is seeking an experienced HSE professional to lead risk assessments, audits, regulatory compliance, and safety initiatives within warehouse and shipping operations. You will drive training, incident investigations, and safety communications across the organization.

The role requires independent work with strong stakeholder collaboration, deep knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and proven ability to maintain a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in warehouse safety, shipping operations, and regulatory compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001:2018 management systems.
• Skilled in conducting site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Strong ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills, ensuring clear safety guidance across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections, Gemba Walks, and audits to identify hazards and risks.
• Oversee HSE policy compliance and safety initiatives.
• Deliver safety training on procedures, risk management, and incident reporting.
• Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; implement corrective actions.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure availability of safety equipment.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through awareness campaigns and engagement.

Job description

The Opportunity:

• Risk Assessment & Hazard Contro l - Conduct regular site inspections, Gemba Walks, and internal audits to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement control measures to maintain a safe workplace.
• Policy Compliance & Implementation - Oversee workplace HSE, Critical Risk Management, and safety initiatives while ensuring compliance with local safety regulations and corporate HSSE standards.
• Training & Communication - Deliver safety training on procedures, risk management, incident reporting, and global management systems while ensuring clear communication of safety information to all stakeholders.
• Incident Investigation & Reporting - Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and maintain accurate incident records for management review.
• Regulatory Compliance & Monitoring - Enforce safety regulations, ensure availability of necessary safety equipment and work instructions, and support operations with PTW applications and site assessments.
• Safety Culture & Awareness - Promote a proactive safety culture through continuous awareness campaigns, best practices, and engagement initiatives to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses.

What you will need to succeed:
