Job summary

Cogent Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking a Quality Control Executive for SH Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd to ensure compliance with SS651, ISO 9001, 18001 and 45001 across operations. The role involves coordinating with warehouse, transport and depot teams, managing documentation, and supporting audits and training.

The incumbent will contribute to a safe and compliant logistics environment in Singapore. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Engineering or QESH certification, with at least 2 years'

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or certification in QESH.
• 2+ years experience in QESH management and auditing.
• Knowledge of SS651, ISO9001, 18001 and 45001 standards.
• Strong communication with stakeholders, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive compliance by working with Warehouse, Transportation, and Depot units.
• File and upkeep all hardcopy and softcopy documents; manage QEHS records.
• Handle process and compliance audits in internal and external reviews.
• Participate in internal and external training to stay current with QEHS standards.
• Oversee daily, monthly, and quarterly inspections in QEHS regimes.
• Prepare monthly compliance reports for QEHS requirements.
• Adhere to all company rules and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Role Description

The incumbent will be joining our team as Quality Control Executive in our subsidiary company, SH Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd. The Quality Control Executive will be responsible to ensure compliance in SS651, ISO 9001, 18001, and 45001 standards in the operations departments.

Duties:

1. Drive compliance by working closely with Business Units (Warehouse, Transportation, Depot)
2. File & upkeep all hardcopy and softcopy documents
3. Handle process and compliance audit inquiries in internal & external audits
4. Participate in internal & external training to stay up to date in SS651, ISO 9001, 18001, and 45001 standards
5. Oversee various daily, monthly, and quarterly inspections in QEHS and account-specific regime
6. Prepare monthly compliance report for QEHS requirements
7. Adhere to all company rules and regulations including safety rules
8. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

Requirements:

1. Diploma holders in Engineering or possess relevant certification in QESH
2. Possess good knowledge in SS651, ISO9001, 18001 and 45001 standards
3. Minimum 2 years’ experience in QESH management system and auditing
4. Able to analyze issues with problem solving and root cause analysis tools
5. Good communication skills and able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively
