Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is recruiting a Quality Assurance Lead for our Gul Circle facility in Singapore. This permanent role offers a 5-day work week, with transport provided and an in-house canteen, and a salary up to S$3,700.

You will support the Quality Manager, Operations Manager and Director to uphold ISO and Food Safety requirements, follow procedures, run audits, and drive corrective actions to meet customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quality Management, Food Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably within packaging.
• Knowledge of ISO and HACCP management system implementation.
• Experience in leading a team of more than 12 staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Quality Manager, Operations Manager and Director in ensuring product quality standards are met and ISO and Food Safety requirements are properly implemented and updated.
• Ensure all established procedures and work instructions are followed.
• Ensure products manufactured meet customer specifications and required quality and reliability standards.
• Ensure appropriate actions are taken to prevent the occurrence of quality-related non-conformities.
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming products and ensure adequate corrective actions are taken.
• Identify and record issues relating to products, processes and quality.
• Ensure the Quality Management System and Food Safety Management System are effectively implemented and maintained.
• Ensure internal quality audits and management reviews are carried out accordingly.
• Assist in research and development of new products and testing of new materials.
