Job summary

GLOBAL RECRUITMENT AGENCY in Singapore (Tuas and Woodlands) is seeking a Quality Control/QA Technician to ensure production quality. You will inspect processes and finished products, maintain inspection docs, and approve or reject lots based on shipping/quality criteria.

You must read specifications, operate QC equipment, and have at least 1 year in QC/QA or print manufacturing, with a GCE O level or equivalent. Located at Tuas and Woodlands, join a team that emphasises safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Capable of reading, interpreting, and communicating specifications.
• Operate and be familiar with quality inspection and measuring equipment
• Minimum 1 year experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance or print manufacturing industry
• GCE 'O' level or equivalent qualification

Responsibilities

• Inspect production processes and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation for all inspections performed
• Approve or reject product lots based on compliance with shipping and quality requirements
• Generate certificates of analysis/compliance for approved product lots
• Investigate and resolve production issues to maintain smooth operations
• Conduct in-process audits on the production floor and report findings to Machine Operators and Supervisors
• Quarantine non-conforming products to prevent shipment of defective goods
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer complaints
• Support Quality Assurance Engineer in executing special quality projects
• Operate all quality control (QC) equipment proficiently to perform inspections
• Promote safety and quality awareness throughout the facility
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
