You will define testing strategies, oversee manual and automated testing, and drive defect resolution and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in CS/IT, 4+ years in software testing including 2 years in leadership, and hands-on experience with JIRA, TestRail, Tosca, and Selenium.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
4+ years in software testing, including 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.
Hands-on with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and automation tools (Tosca, Selenium).

Responsibilities

Develop and implement test strategies and plans for new and existing applications.
Oversee manual and automated testing to ensure coverage of features.
Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) with business teams.
Collaborate with development and QA to identify, track, and resolve defects.
Lead and mentor the testing team to foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
