Job summary

SGX Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to lead enterprise test strategy and build scalable automation across multiple platforms and domains. You will partner with the wider test team to strengthen release confidence, resilience and risk management, while shaping governance and reporting across programs.

You will also mentor junior engineers, drive automation standards, and advance AI-enabled engineering practices to boost productivity and quality across the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Testing.
• Proven leadership of large testing teams and quality programmes.
• Experience with enterprise-scale testing practices and automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise test and quality strategy across products and platforms, accountable for quality outcomes, delivery assurance, and risk-based test coverage.
• Oversee, define, and enhance scalable automation platforms, standards and practices across functional, API, integration, performance and resilience testing.
• Govern quality frameworks, including test data strategy, traceability, release gates and execution standards.
• Continuously re-evaluate tools, cloud test infrastructure, observability and AI-enabled practices to boost productivity and defect prevention.
• Provide executive-level visibility of quality performance, delivery risks, and investment priorities.
