Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a QA/QC professional in Singapore to support line inspection, line clearance, and routine in-process quality checks. The role emphasizes ensuring conformance of incoming raw materials and finished products with quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Bachelor’s in Food Technology, Nutrition, or Dietetics, at least 3 years in a similar role, and strong knowledge of FSSC22000/HACCP. English language skills are required for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with food safety systems (FSSC22000/HACCP) in manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret quality standards and apply them on the floor.
• Strong English communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SOPs and ensure operators follow manufacturing conditions.
• Perform line inspection and line clearance, and environmental control testing.
• Carry out sampling and inspection of raw, packaging and finished products.
• Arrange tests for finished products and coordinate with QA/QC.
• Provide training to operators on quality and food safety requirements.
• Handle non-routine QA/QC tasks as assigned by QA/QC Manager.

Job description

To support Operation in line inspection, clearance, release and routine in-process inspection

To assist in ensuring conformance of product quality of incoming raw and packaging materials and finished products

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure standard operating procedures are flawlessly executed by the operators, manufacturing conditions are respected, trouble shoot and resolve quality deviations

Responsible for line inspection, line clearance, environmental control testing and routine in-process quality check

Responsible for raw and packaging material sampling and inspection. To highlight to QA/QC Manager on any quality issues found.

Responsible for finished product testing and arrangement of the test for finished products.

Arrange training and awareness program to the operators to ensure that they are up-to-date with quality and food safety systems and requirements

To do some non-routine tasks as arranged by QA/QC Manager

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.

Required language(s): English

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): Familiarity with FSSC22000/HACCP in food manufacturing industry

Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
