Job summary

Tee Yih Jia Food Manufacturing Pte Ltd seeks a meticulous Quality Control (QC) Officer to maintain product integrity and regulatory compliance. You will perform QC inspections, analyze production processes and ensure outputs meet internal standards and external regulations.

The role involves GMP and hygiene checks, CCP/CP monitoring, sensory evaluation, and SAP data entry. Diploma in Food Science/Technology or related field is required; fast learner and independence are valued traits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily QC inspections (weight, quantity, metal detector, packaging check, date code, collect samples for microbial tests).
• Perform GMP and personal hygiene inspections.
• Check and ensure CCPs and CPs are properly controlled and monitored.
• Conduct daily and weekly sensory evaluation for finished products.
• Coordinate building and facility checks with Facility Team and report issues.
• Perform incoming raw material quality checks (Flour, Oil) for visual, moisture, COA, etc.
• Manage daily sampling for finished products (planning, collection, labeling, data entry, organoleptic tests).
• Conduct environmental monitoring (air tests, swabs) as per schedule.
• Inspect incoming imported goods and record non-conforming products.
• Key-in and release raw materials and finished products from SAP system.
• Perform other tasks as required by QC Executive.

We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Quality Control (QC) Officer to join our team and uphold the highest standards of product integrity and compliance. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing quality inspections, analyzing production processes, and ensuring our outputs meet both internal benchmarks and external regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily QC Inspection (weight, quantity, metal detector, packaging check, date code, collect samples for microbial test) to ensure that all finished products are meeting internal quality standards.

• Conduct GMP and personal hygiene inspection.

• Check and ensure all CCPs and CPs are properly controlled and monitored.

• Conduct daily and weekly sensory evaluation for finished products.

• Conduct building and facility checks with Facility Team, submit report and ensure actions taken for issues brought up.

• Conduct Incoming Raw material quality check for Flour and Oil (Visual, Moisture, COA etc.).

• Manage daily sampling for finished products including planning, collection, labelling, input of data and organoleptic test.

• Conduct environment monitoring including air test, hand and protect coat swab, equipment and packaging TPC swab as per schedule.

• Conduct incoming imported goods physical inspection and record any non-conforming products.

• Key-in and release raw materials and finished products from SAP System.

• Other tasks as required and delegated by QC Executive.
