Job summary

M. C. PACKAGING (PTE.) LTD is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to assist the Quality Manager, Operations Manager, or Director in ensuring product quality and compliance with ISO and food safety standards.

You will help implement and maintain quality systems and collaborate on new material testing and product development. The role requires a Diploma in Quality Management or related field, with at least two years in QA within packaging.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quality Management, Food Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 year experience in a Quality Assurance role preferably from the packaging industry
• Knowledge of ISO and HACCP management system implementation.
• Good leadership and team-building skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all laid down procedures and work instructions are followed
• Assure that all products manufactured by the organization meet customer specifications and achieve superior quality and reliability levels.
• Ensure adequate action taken to prevent occurrence of any non-conformities relating to quality
• Ensure that all causes of non-conformity products are being investigated with adequate actions.
• Ensure that any problems relating to products, process and quality are identified and recorded.
• Ensure that the Quality Management System (9001:2000) and Food Safety Management System is effectively implemented and maintained.
• Ensure that internal quality audits and management views are carried out accordingly.
• Assist in R&D of new product and testing of new materials
