Job summary

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Support the Site and Project Manager in the architectural aspect of the construction works.
• Work closely with all parties to promote effective execution on the interface responsibilities and associated works to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure that architectural works are in line with specifications in achieving targeted CONQUAS score and BIT score.
• Maintaining and setting up documentation and control procedures.
• Responsible for preparing documents in preparation for HDB inspection (BIT, CFT, WWTT, SPA).
• Monitor and supervise subcontractors on work processes.
• Collating the staff of various disciplines and driving them to plan, develop and agree broad quality procedures.
• Ensure that construction methods at site are in accordance with company’s work method and in compliance with all aspects of the worksite HSE plans and policies.
• Any adhoc duties asked and when assigned by management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or construction related field
• Experience: At least 3 years of building and/or civil engineering experience.
• Experience in QA/QC would have an added advantage.
