TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quality Assurance & Compliance leader to drive the company’s Food Safety and Quality Management Systems. You will manage audits, certifications, CAPA, supplier assessment, and ongoing improvements across operations in Singapore.

The role requires strong knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP and GMP, with experience in MSC/ASC certification and sustainability initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management and regulatory liaison skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of food safety & quality standards (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP).
• Experience with audits, CAPA, traceability and documentation systems.
• Understanding of halal/MUIS processes is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead implementation and ongoing improvement of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.
• Ensure regulatory, certification and customer compliance across the organization.
• Oversee internal audits, CAPA processes and supplier assessments.
• Manage quality equipment calibration, testing, documentation and traceability.
• Provide training on food safety, quality and hygiene to staff and contractors.
• Coordinate facility management, sustainability projects and energy initiatives.
• Lead certification activities for MSC/ASC and Chain of Custody.
