Anradus Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a QA Manager to lead site quality and food safety, ensuring full compliance with FSSC/ISO 22000, MUIS Halal, SFA/export and customer requirements.

You will manage and coach the QA/QC team, work with Production, Warehouse, R&D and Finance, and own the FSMS, SOPs, HACCP, and risk assessments.

This role covers internal audits, CAPA closure, lab monitoring, training, cost control, documentation, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Food Science/Technology or Microbiology.
• Certified FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000 internal auditor.
• 5+ years QA/QC or food safety in manufacturing with FSSC/ISO systems.
• Strong knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, MUIS Halal.
• Hands-on audits, inspections, compliance, incident/recall handling, and training.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead site quality and food safety strategies for compliance.
• Manage QA/QC team with cross-functional collaboration.
• Own and improve FSMS, SOPs, HACCP, risk assessments.
• Ensure GMP, hygiene, allergen control, food defense.
• Lead internal and external audits and CAPA closure.
• Plan inspections and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee labs and monitoring programs.
• Act as Food Safety Team Leader for incidents.
• Drive cost control by reducing defects and waste.
• Plan QA/QC training and maintain records.
• Ensure documentation control and KPI reporting.
• Support trials and process changes.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks.
