Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a QA/QC Executive to ensure quality across RM, in-process and finished products at our Tuas facility in Singapore. The role emphasizes GMP, HACCP, ISO22000/FSSC22000 and Halal compliance, with documentation and audits integral to daily tasks.

The candidate should have a Diploma in Food Science, Biotechnology or Chemistry and at least 3 years of QC experience in food manufacturing, enabling strong collaboration with Production and Warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry or equivalent.
• 3+ years QC experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO22000/FSSC22000, Halal and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RM, in-process and finished product inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform start-up, product changeover and routine GMP/hygiene checks.
• Verify COAs, product specifications, labeling, batch records and traceability.
• Monitor and document non-conformances, rejections and corrective actions.
• Manage QC reports, laboratory test results and quality documentation.
• Work closely with Production and Warehouse teams on material handling and traceability.
• Support SFA, Halal, FSSC 22000 and export requirements, including audits and documentation.
• Maintain QA/QC records, SOPs, work orders and testing documentation.
• Monitor overall plant housekeeping, food safety and GMP compliance.
• Support continuous improvement and keep updated on food safety and regulatory requirements.
